No, but I do recommend companies for you to purchase your insurance through. There are several options out there to meet whatever type of coverage you would like. View a description of coverage/policy at www.generalitravelinsurance.com.
With a vacation rental you get more for the price you pay - more space, privacy, and a unique, homey experience that you cannot get in a hotel. 

For your convenience, check-in time is after 4:00 pm. While we strive for punctuality, unforeseen maintenance or cleaning needs may delay occupancy. Enjoy contact-free check-in with keyless access; early readiness alerts are sent via text. Ch

Each unit will have specific instructions published inside of the home, however, I ask that you clean out the fridge, throw out your trash, and double-check that you have all of your belongings and lock up. Safe travels to your next destination! 
I will send you all of our guest notifications, instructions, and updates via email. If you need to get a hold of the homeowner, please use email primarily and call the emergency maintenance line posted inside the unit if an emergency arises. 

Cancel via email 30+ days before check-in for a full refund minus 50% reservation fee. No refunds within 30 days. Pay balance 30 days before arrival or lose reservation. Rebooking efforts will be made if canceled within 30 days. 

We have a team available and responsive from 8am - 10pm daily, and 24/7 with maintenance emergencies. 
The reservation fee is used to reserve your rental and is 50% of the total amount, due at time of booking. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, except to another property which will result in a thirty ($30) fee. 
Pay a 50% reservation fee to secure your rental. Balance due 30 days before arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and checks. No cash or American Express. Mail checks to 613 21st Street, Virginia Beach.
We offer: EPA-certified sanitization by professional cleaners and cleaning supplies provided in each property. Please note, no refunds for pests due to the tropical conditions.

Your vacation rental linens include a fresh set of sheets on each bed, and one bath towel, hand towel, and wash cloth for each person allowed by occupancy regulation. You will want to bring your own beach towels unless you rent from us!

At Anchor Realty, we manage all of the maintenance at our properties.  If you experience an emergency during your stay, please call 911. When you notice a maintenance concern, please contact our office so we can respond to the issue.
At your vacation rental home: Please only park in the designated , off street spot(s) for your rental home. A parking plan will be posted in your unit. Some units are provided with parking passes.  Please keep the passes in plain view. 
Enjoy free Wi-Fi in all units during your stay. While we strive for seamless service, equipment issues may occur and will be promptly addressed; no refunds for malfunctioning equipment.
The processing fee covers administrational cost of processing a reservation and related correspondence.  We pride ourselves in having the lowest pricing of any company in our area.  Contact us if you find a lower price!

Each of these items and more can be requested at the time of reservation or at check in.  Payment will be required at time of check in payment.


 
You can purchase our Vacation Rental Damage plan to cover unintentional interior damages up to $3,000, excluding certain conditions. Damage beyond this amount or not covered is your responsibility and will be charged to your credit card on file.
