Kaitlyn’s stay was very pleasing. The parking was very secure. The location is very tranquil and beautiful. I had no problems with neighbors and never felt like there was ever an invasion of privacy. The location is 10 minutes away from the Huntington Ingall’s shipyard, which is great if that’s where you work. The place was nicely furnished and I really liked the theme since I’m really into movies. Kaitlyn is very helpful and communicative with any issues or questions. If you are relocating here to work at the shipyard I would highly recommend this place. Also if you like quiet peaceful walks and friendly people, then this is your place!
This place was amazing for our quick, family get-away! The first thing I always do when we arrive at a rental is check for cleanliness- it's a big deal for me.. I checked the floors, bedding, bathrooms, decks, etc. This place exceeded my expectations! Too, the beds were comfortable and the place had tons of extra things stocked. We have absolutely marked this location for future stays!!!

The host was very attentive and maintained open line of communication. There was a quick response to the few minor challenges experienced. The location was convenient safe and beautiful neighborhood. The location was well maintained and had a ton of amenities.
Our family of four stayed here and we couldn’t have been happier. Plenty of space for myself, my husband, and two toddlers. We felt safe in the neighborhood; close enough to the action of the southern part of the beach but far enough to be able to relax and enjoy the tranquility. The beach is right across the street, and when you’ve had enough sand, come back to enjoy lunch by the private pool. Would love to come back for another vacation.

I was happy with my stay at Kaitlyn’s Airbnb. The home is located in a convenient area and it included all the amenities needed to have a comfortable stay. The place was clean, quiet, and Kaitlyn was very responsive to anything I needed. I recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area.
Kaitlyn this place is beautiful! Looks EXACTLY like the pictures. The bed was very comfy felt like I was at home. Plenty of closet space for storage. Very very cozy. Even had a balcony! It’s also Minutes away from downtown Hampton night life. Everything was literally brand new. It’s roughly 40 minutes away from Virginia Beach. Be sure to check out the welcome pamphlet it gives you everything you need for your stay! She doesn’t steer you wrong! Thank you again Kaitlyn, I will be back!
Our family had a great time. We had easy access to the beach, which was not too crowded., and there were plenty of great restaurants within a short drive. Fort Story and the Cape Henry Lighthouse were only a 5 minute walk away - well worth a visit for anyone interested in U.S. and/or military history. First Landing State Park was just up the road too - a wonderful place to go for jogging, hiking, or just a leisurely stroll. The place was clean, with plenty of space for a family of 5. The host was very responsive and helpful, usually answering questions within minutes.
The guest house was right off the main house and was a great spot for our family of 4. The location was totally close enough to walk to the beach, but our young kids definitely needed to be in a wagon! The accommodations were great and we would stay there again! We were super impressed with Lauren’s speed of communication for any questions we had.
Everything we were looking for. Walk to beach, quiet, comfortable. Very responsive hosts, space exactly as described.
