Perfect for couples or small groups, our open floor plan creates a cozy space for relaxation and fun. The Space
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open floor plan that seamlessly blends the kitchen and living room. Start your day with a quiet breakfast in the dining area, prepared in our fully equipped kitchen. Unwind in the living room with a 55" TV and a comfy couch that transforms into a pull-out bed, perfect for an extra guest. The bedroom features a queen bed, an additional AC unit, and a fan for your comfort, leading into a bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
We’ve got you covered with basic beach equipment stored in the bedroom closet. Your access code will be provided prior to check-in for seamless entry. The property is securely located behind a fence for added privacy.

Please note that there is a main house on the property that is rented separately. It can accommodate up to 5 additional guests and can be added to your reservation upon request. Contact us for details and availability!
We provide a starter kit for your stay, including paper towels, trash bags, laundry soap, dish soap, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed. Local stores, including Target and major grocery chains, are conveniently nearby.

We require a 2 weeks written notice of departure. We will hold up to 2 weeks of rent, even if you do not stay the full two weeksfrom the day you cancel your stay.

The guest house was right off the main house and was a great spot for our family of 4. The location was totally close enough to walk to the beach, but our young kids definitely needed to be in a wagon! The accommodations were great and we would stay there again! We were super impressed with Lauren’s speed of communication for any questions we had.

The guest house was a great stay for a family of 4. I have small kids, so the pull out couch worked well for us as a second bed. The space is much larger than we anticipated, and all the essentials were there for cooking & laundry, so for a 5-day stay, we had what we needed. Plenty of parking in the driveway for the 2 cars we had with us. It was very clean & new, and the beach was a very short walk away, which was perfect for us. I’d highly recommend this stay to others.

This is a sweet get away spot! The cottage looks and feels brand new, with great finishes and touches, a wonderful kitchen and great open floor plan, with easily swept laminate floors. It was just perfect for our weekend beach get away. The property, being surrounded by a privacy fence, in a quiet neighborhood felt safe and comfortable for us. Having the separate bedroom for quiet sleep for my daughter allowed me to enjoy my quiet morning coffee and reading w/o disturbing her. Lauren and her husband were great communicators and responded quickly to answer questions. 4 blocks from Buckroe Beach was a little far for us to walk, with my daughter's mobility issues, but it was great to be right there. We loved the outdoor shower. It was exactly what we needed. We'd definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at Mary’s place! The home was perfect for our needs, with plenty of space for our dogs to enjoy the backyard. The neighborhood felt safe, and we loved taking relaxing walks with our dogs. The proximity to the beach was a huge plus, making our daily walks even more enjoyable. Anchor was incredibly responsive, quickly addressing any questions or needs. As teachers, my daughter and I truly appreciated this restful getaway with our dogs. We highly recommend Mary’s Place for a peaceful and pet-friendly retreat.

Great small pace, she was super Responsive and the amenities were great for this hot weather. I felt so in love with the house that I wanted to buy it.
