Embrace tranquility with your loved ones, surrounded by serene lake views in this exquisitely renovated, first-floor vacation rental retreat, just three blocks from the crashing waves! Offering the best of all worlds, this cozy oasis provides a walkout to the lake, large windows framing breathtaking views, and easy access to the myriad wonders of the beach.
Once you drive up to the property, you'll access the downstairs unit through the gate on the left side of the home. The large glass doors on the covered patio offer lake views, perfect for morning or evening relaxation. Open the gate, and your front door is right through the fence on the right. Enter the code provided at check-in, and step into a quaint and cozy living room with a dining area and kitchen at the back.
Comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests, the living room is ideal for movie nights or memorable activities around the couch and dining table. The modern kitchen, fully stocked with everything needed to prep, store, and cook meals, features adorable dinosaur-themed designs for a touch of fun.
Down the hall, the shared bathroom on the right has a walk-in shower for ease of use. The laundry room with a desk provides a spot for catching up on emails during your stay. On the left are two bedrooms: the first with a queen bed and ample storage, and the second with a king bed and a large walk-in closet—both offering a comfortable haven to unwind in the evenings.
The spacious backyard includes a grill shared with the upstairs unit, perfect for outdoor cooking. Please note that there may be other guests staying upstairs. If you want to rent a kayak, just let us know, and we'll get the waiver form over to you.
But wait, there's more! Explore Unit A above, "The Graceful Pelican," boasting high-class updates for additional space—perfect for bringing along friends! Both units are conveniently walkable or bikeable to East Ocean View's best bars, breweries, beaches, and shops. Revel in the proximity to public parks, playgrounds, and a public-access fishing dock!
Upon arrival, find your beds made and waiting with fresh sheets, blankets, and a bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth for each person according to occupancy. A basic starter toiletry kit awaits your convenience. Enjoy the added convenience of a washer and dryer, along with a standard coffee pot for your daily caffeine fix.

Beautiful place to stay with an even better view! Extremely clean and comfortable place to stay - even better than described in the listing. We also loved how close to the beach it was but outside of the crazy hustle and bustle of the strip. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to come back again in the future!
