From the spacious driveway and garage accommodating up to 4-5 vehicles, guests are welcomed to park conveniently without using street parking. Access to the home is up the stairs on the right, leading into the inviting second floor. The living room immediately captures attention with its striking mural, setting a unique ambiance perfect for gatherings, whether for game nights, movie screenings, or simply relaxing conversations.
Continuing through, the brightly colored and well-appointed kitchen reflects the beachy vibes of the home, equipped with all essential appliances including a full refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove, and microwave. A cozy breakfast nook complements the kitchen, ideal for smaller group gatherings. Adjacent is the spacious dining area, designed to accommodate family meals and create lasting memories together.
Further down the hall, a full bathroom with a shower and tub combo precedes the first bedroom, featuring a comfortable full bed and ample storage. This room offers access to a patio shared with the living room, providing a private space to enjoy views and ocean breezes, complete with outdoor dining and a grill for summertime barbecues.
Upstairs via the staircase near the kitchen, guests discover a private suite floor. A spacious king bedroom awaits with a full-length mirror, TV, private patio, and plenty of storage space. Across the hall is the luxurious private bathroom, recently renovated to spa-like standards with a large shower accommodating two standard shower heads and a rainfall showerhead.
Descending the spiral staircase in the living room leads to the first floor, featuring a large common space perfect for entertainment, including video game tournaments, board games, or additional movie nights. A full-sized futon bed offers extra sleeping arrangements if needed. Adjacent is a full bathroom designed for convenience, serving up to 6 guests with a shower/tub combo and provided amenities like shampoo and conditioner.
Two bedrooms on this floor include one with two twin beds and another with a full bed, featuring a cozy reading nook. Accessible from this floor is the pool deck, equipped with ample seating for family relaxation. The saltwater pool, solar heated for year-round enjoyment (temperature dependent on weather conditions), invites guests to unwind and soak in the Virginia Beach atmosphere.
Please note, the slide is currently unavailable. Neptune's Nook is also available for monthly rentals during the off-season, offering an extended beach retreat experience. We understand that sometimes things come up and you are unable to fulfill your travel plans. We suggest that you make sure your rental is secured by adding Generali Travel Protection to your rental. Generali Travel Protection can help you receive money back if you are unable to take your vacation. They also protect you while you are on your vacation with concierge and medical services. If you do wish to purchase, the insurance fee must be paid in full, in addition to the reservation fee required to book the property. Our policy concerning cancellation is as follows:
All cancellations that are submitted in writing (through email) and received prior to 30 days before the term commencement date will be fully refunded less the 50% reservation fee/booking fee. Under no circumstance is a refund issued within 30 days of the term commencement date.
After your 50% reservation fee/booking fee has been received, the remainder of your balance (including pet fees, taxes, rent and damage deposit) must be paid thirty (30) days prior to arrival date. Accounts with unpaid balances after this date will forfeit the reservation fee/booking fee and will be treated as a terminated rental. Termination from lack of payment within 30 days of reservation date will take place automatically without the tenant being notified.
Please understand that when a reservation is created, those dates are blocked off on our calendar, creating a hold for your reservation. This makes rebooking extremely difficult closer to the reservation date and falls to the cost of the vacation rental owner. If cancellation notice is received less than 30 days prior to the arrival date and if the property is rented at the same rate to another party, Anchor Realty Group may refund a portion of Guest’s deposit. If the property is not re-rented, Anchor Realty Group will retain the entire reservation fee/booking deposit. Please know that Anchor Realty will make every reasonable effort to re-rent.
Anchor Realty Group reserves the right to cancel your lease agreement if any unforeseen circumstances arise or the property becomes temporarily uninhabitable, but agrees to fully refund any monies paid in advance by Guest or will make every effort to relocate Guest to a similar property.
