Sit back and relax in this quaint yet cozy condo in the heart of the Virginia Beach oceanfront community. Upon arrival, you'll park and walk up the stairs to your condo door, where contactless check-in allows you to access the space as your schedule permits. Inside, you'll find a cozy living room that seamlessly blends into the dining area and galley kitchen. The dining area offers enough space for the whole family to sit and enjoy a meal together, whether it's homemade or takeout.
The smart TVs in the home allow you to log in to your own accounts, so you don't miss the latest episodes of your favorite shows and movies. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay, from provided coffee to all the essentials for cooking a delicious meal for four.
Down the hall from the living room, you'll find the bedrooms and shared bathroom. The first bedroom has two twin beds and its own TV. The second bedroom features a queen bed. The shared hall bathroom includes a tub/shower combination to suit your preference. If you have an extra person, there's also a pull-out couch in the living room for additional sleeping space.

We understand that sometimes things come up and you are unable to fulfill your travel plans. We suggest that you make sure your rental is secured by adding Generali Travel Protection to your rental. Generali Travel Protection can help you receive money back if you are unable to take your vacation. They also protect you while you are on your vacation with concierge and medical services. If you do wish to purchase, the insurance fee must be paid in full, in addition to the reservation fee required to book the property. Our policy concerning cancellation is as follows:
All cancellations that are submitted in writing (through email) and received prior to 30 days before the term commencement date will be fully refunded less the 50% reservation fee/booking fee. Under no circumstance is a refund issued within 30 days of the term commencement date.
After your 50% reservation fee/booking fee has been received, the remainder of your balance (including pet fees, taxes, rent and damage deposit) must be paid thirty (30) days prior to arrival date. Accounts with unpaid balances after this date will forfeit the reservation fee/booking fee and will be treated as a terminated rental. Termination from lack of payment within 30 days of reservation date will take place automatically without the tenant being notified.
Please understand that when a reservation is created, those dates are blocked off on our calendar, creating a hold for your reservation. This makes rebooking extremely difficult closer to the reservation date and falls to the cost of the vacation rental owner. If cancellation notice is received less than 30 days prior to the arrival date and if the property is rented at the same rate to another party, Anchor Realty Group may refund a portion of Guest’s deposit. If the property is not re-rented, Anchor Realty Group will retain the entire reservation fee/booking deposit. Please know that Anchor Realty will make every reasonable effort to re-rent.
Anchor Realty Group reserves the right to cancel your lease agreement if any unforeseen circumstances arise or the property becomes temporarily uninhabitable, but agrees to fully refund any monies paid in advance by Guest or will make every effort to relocate Guest to a similar property.

Condo was in a great location, clean, and provided enough kitchen gear for us to cook some amazing home dinners when we tired of eating out. Will definitely book from them again. 5 star all the way!
