This fully renovated five-bedroom home, updated in 2020, is located in a family-oriented neighborhood just a block from the beautiful, residential Croatan Beaches. Each bedroom is fully equipped with comfortable bedding, linens, and ample storage between dressers, closets, and under-bed storage.
When you walk through the front door of this spacious home, you'll find stairs leading up to the second floor, and on your right, the garage with storage and beach essentials, as well as access to the patio. Down the hall, past a large storage closet, you'll enter a queen bedroom with ample storage and a charming old-school design that feels both classic and comfortable. Next, you'll pass a beautiful walk-in shower and bathroom before reaching a private ensuite with a small kitchenette, perfect for preparing snacks without disturbing the rest of the house. This room features a twin bed with an additional trundle option. The third bedroom has two twin bunk beds and direct access to the pool from the private ensuite. For safety, a security feature alarms the house if this door is opened, ensuring you're aware if kids step onto the patio since the pool is not gated.
Upstairs, to the left, is a huge, deluxe kitchen with high-end appliances and everything you need to prep, store, and clean any sized meal. The kitchen includes an island with additional seating and is attached to the dining room, which has enough seating for the whole home to eat together.
The dining room leads to a comfortable seating area with board games and books, perfect for rainy days. Snuggle into the reading nook or join the family in the spacious living room, accented with beautiful seascape vibes and stained glass features, creating an instant feeling of home. This space is ideal for movie nights, board games, or just catching up and relaxing.
Enjoy multiple flat-screen TVs, reading nooks, and spacious living and dining areas where your group can spend quality time together. Thoughtful additions such as board games and books are also available for your enjoyment. If you need to catch up on work, there's a desk area for you, but we hope it doesn't take long so you can get back to relaxing! This floor also has a half bathroom for your convenience.
On the third floor, you'll find another perfect reading nook area to your left, situated between two bedrooms. To the right of the stairs, you'll enter the master suite, which includes a queen bed, spacious room, desk, sitting chair, large walk-in closet, and a shared bathroom with luxury features. The bathroom has a jetted tub and a beautifully designed walk-in shower, offering a luxurious experience. This bathroom is shared with another queen bedroom that also has a spacious closet for those who love to pack prepared.
The fourth floor is perfect for those who want to tan without walking to the beach! Enjoy the privacy and quiet of the neighborhood while getting your tan on. We have tanning chairs up there for your convenience, allowing you to catch stunning views of the neighborhood and the beach just beyond the trees. In the winter, you can see the beachfront!
Santosha is well-equipped with items such as a beach cart, beach umbrella, beach chairs, and even bikes! For more outdoor enjoyment of the Virginia Beach weather, enjoy the luxury of multiple decks, a hot tub, and a gas grill. Come in July to see fireworks from the rooftop deck!
Other amenities include central A/C, dishwasher, washer, dryer, large master with jetted tub in the master bath, DVD players, outdoor shower, and a garage for storage.

We understand that sometimes things come up and you are unable to fulfill your travel plans. We suggest that you make sure your rental is secured by adding Generali Travel Protection to your rental. Our policy concerning cancellation is as follows:
All cancellations that are submitted in writing (through email) and received prior to 30 days before the term commencement date will be fully refunded less the 50% reservation fee/booking fee. Under no circumstance is a refund issued within 30 days of the term commencement date.
After your 50% reservation fee/booking fee has been received, the remainder of your balance (including pet fees, taxes, rent and damage deposit) must be paid thirty (30) days prior to arrival date. Accounts with unpaid balances after this date will forfeit the reservation fee/booking fee and will be treated as a terminated rental. Termination from lack of payment within 30 days of reservation date will take place automatically without the tenant being notified.
Please understand that when a reservation is created, those dates are blocked off on our calendar, creating a hold for your reservation. This makes rebooking extremely difficult closer to the reservation date and falls to the cost of the vacation rental owner. If cancellation notice is received less than 30 days prior to the arrival date and if the property is rented at the same rate to another party, Anchor Realty Group may refund a portion of Guest’s deposit. If the property is not re-rented, Anchor Realty Group will retain the entire reservation fee/booking deposit. Please know that Anchor Realty will make every reasonable effort to re-rent.
Anchor Realty Group reserves the right to cancel your lease agreement if any unforeseen circumstances arise or the property becomes temporarily uninhabitable, but agrees to fully refund any monies paid in advance by Guest or will make every effort to relocate Guest to a similar property.
