Welcome to your five-bedroom ocean-view retreat, located just one street back from the captivating waves and steps away from residential Croatan beach access. This open and bright home spans three floors, providing a perfect getaway for your vacation. Spend leisurely hours outdoors on one of the three decks, each offering a stunning ocean view. The large pool, surrounded by a spacious patio and enclosed in a white fence, creates an ideal setting for entertaining.
The spacious and open kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and an abundance of cooking and serving items, ensures enjoyable and easy meal preparation. A generous dining room invites shared meals, and with two gas grills—one poolside and the other on the third level near the kitchen—outdoor cooking becomes a breeze. This home is laden with amenities that will make you feel at home away from home.
On the first floor, discover two bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with two sets of bunk beds (three twins and one queen) and a sleeper sofa. The second floor features two bedrooms with queen beds and the master bedroom with a king bed. Lastly, a fourth-floor "escape" room with a large deck and a fantastic view can serve as an office or an additional guest bedroom.
Access a large garage filled with various beach items for your enjoyment during your stay. The house boasts eight flat-screen TVs, DVD players, a billiard table, a Foosball table, games, books, and more, ensuring there's never a dull moment.
City health regulations stipulate an occupancy limit of three persons per bedroom, emphasizing the flexibility of bedding configurations for optimal sleeping arrangements.
The linens are included, with fresh sheets and pillowcases for each bed, along with a towel set for each guest—comprising one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth. Additional linens can be rented through our in-house linen company if desired.
Rest easy knowing that EPA-certified cleaning products are utilized during the provided cleaning service. Parking is convenient with space for up to 4-5 vehicles in the driveway.

Our policy concerning cancellation is as follows:
All cancellations that are submitted in writing (through email) and received prior to 30 days before the term commencement date will be fully refunded less the 50% reservation fee/booking fee. Under no circumstance is a refund issued within 30 days of the term commencement date.
After your 50% reservation fee/booking fee has been received, the remainder of your balance (including pet fees, taxes, rent and damage deposit) must be paid thirty (30) days prior to arrival date. Accounts with unpaid balances after this date will forfeit the reservation fee/booking fee and will be treated as a terminated rental. Termination from lack of payment within 30 days of reservation date will take place automatically without the tenant being notified.
Please understand that when a reservation is created, those dates are blocked off on our calendar, creating a hold for your reservation. This makes rebooking extremely difficult closer to the reservation date and falls to the cost of the vacation rental owner. If cancellation notice is received less than 30 days prior to the arrival date and if the property is rented at the same rate to another party, Anchor Realty Group may refund a portion of Guest’s deposit. If the property is not re-rented, Anchor Realty Group will retain the entire reservation fee/booking deposit. Please know that Anchor Realty will make every reasonable effort to re-rent.
Anchor Realty Group reserves the right to cancel your lease agreement if any unforeseen circumstances arise or the property becomes temporarily uninhabitable, but agrees to fully refund any monies paid in advance by Guest or will make every effort to relocate Guest to a similar property.

Perfect getaway for my family and I. It was great seeing our family in Chesapeake Virginia but we couldn’t wait to get back to the Airbnb to relax in the cozy quiet space and take in the scenery. My 73 year old mother was extremely happy and we will always have that memory of her smile walking through the front door. Thank you guys and God bless.
